Teenage boys may develop prominent breast tissue which may be painful and may lead to ridicule, particularly in the locker room.  Often they will need to wear multiple shirts to hide the breast development.  Surgical correction of gynecomastia is often accomplished with a combination of liposuction and removal of breast tissue.
